Meet Shirley Viana —
the heart behind the shine
Shirley arrived in Boston from Brazil in 2004 with little more than determination. She learned the craft of professional cleaning house by house — and in 2007, as a young single mother with a daughter to raise, she turned that craft into a company of her own.
For years she did it all herself: three, four homes a day, seven days a week, growing purely by referral — one delighted client telling the next. The word spread, the team grew, and Silva Cleaning became what it is today: a team of over 10 professionals trusted in homes across Boston and the surrounding areas.
More than twenty years later, Shirley still answers every message herself. Because for her, this was never just about cleaning houses — it's about caring for the homes people love.
